WorkZone Process: SmartPost fails when approval is done from a different server

Description The SmartPost dispatch fails in the following scenario: 1. You have selected the 'Send attachments as separate documents (only e-Boks)' and 'Approval' check boxes in the Send SmartPost dialog box. 2. You have turned off the 'MergeAllDocuments' parameter for the SmartPost process in WorkZone Configurator (Process > Processes > SmartPost). 3. The approver approves the dispatch from a different server.

WorkZone Process: SmartPost accepts documents with content outside the margin

Description If SmartPost message contains a document with content outside the margin and the document has the state UÅ, SmartPost sends the message but it should not send it.
Correction SmartPost does not send the message.

WorkZone Process: The date format in SmartPost letters does not use the correct language

Description If a SmartPost letter contained a letter date content control and the selected date format contained text , for example the name of the month , the text was sometimes displayed in the wrong language.

WorkZone Process: SmartPost e-Boks dispatcher does not handle timeout of Retry action

Description If e-Boks is unavailable for a longer period of time and the Retry action times out, the process fails but the history document and the process are incomplete, and the process owner is not notified.
Correction If the Retry action times out, the process status will be updated to Failed, the history document will be completed and show an error message, and a notification email will be sent to the process owner.

WorkZone Process: Overall status and date are empty in the SmartPost history document if PDF creation of the letter fails

Description If SmartPost fails to create the letter for the recipients due to the PDF creation failing, the history document lacks information about the overall status and overall status date.

WorkZone Process: When SmartPost remerges the document title it exceeds the margin

Description When a document was saved in Microsoft Office and the default value of the Dokumentype field had not been changed by the user, the field would get automatically and incorrectly changed by the system.
Correction The default value of the Dokumenttype field is no longer erroneously changed by the system when saving a document in Microsoft Office.

FSMI - The option "Omjournalisering" should not be possible to choose in WZfO

FSMI - Remedy 509960 - error involving certificate

Description An invalid certificate error occurred when a digitally-signed or encrypted email was saved in WorkZone. The certificate error prevented the user from saving the email and/or its attachments.
Correction When WorkZone detects a digitally-signed or encrypted email, the user is prevented from saving the email and is prompted to take corrective action, for example by forwarding the email to the user, editing the Sender, Receiver and Letter date fields and then saving the email.

FSMI - Remedy 511538, The setting "Minimer bånd" gives an error

Description When the Minimize band parameter was enabled, the two following errors resulted: When an existing Word document was opened from WorkZone Client, the WorkZone Client registration panel was hidden and had to be re-activated from the Word activity band. When a new Word document was created from WorkZone Client, the Template dialoq box was not displayed and the WorkZone document registration panel was hidden.
Correction Enabling the Minimize band parameter no longer causes hides the WorkZone Client registration panel or the Template dialog box error when opening or creating a document from WorkZone Client.

FSMI - WZfO - Outlook - Error message when using advanced search and try to open a mail

Correction The InvalidCastException error now no longer occurs when opening an email in the advanced search after having entered valid search criteria.
